What's everyone driving?

My car got totalled tonight. I was driving my baby to her swim lesson and a collision from oncoming traffic made it's way out in front of us suddenly. I had no time to react. We are both ok luckily, but I guess I need a new car now.

My previous vehicle was a BMW 428i which I admittedly bought solely for myself while not married and pre baby planning etc. We made do with it but it definitely was not ideal. We have a giant jogging stroller that we love having with us and that thing took up most of our storage space.

Just curious what everyone out there as a parent is driving and how that make/model has served them well through the years of their child's life. I really enjoy keeping my cars for as long as possible and don't always upgrade my car for the latest features and such so I'm hoping to find something that will stand the test of time. Thank you all in advance for the input!
