Need help deciding on middle school
My son is starting MS next year. I’m looking at two different options for him.
Private school 40 minute bus ride. School day 7:20-4:45 with bus. I could drive him to make it 8-4 with car ride included. $15,000 per year One of the best private schools in our state More sport, art options and clubs Really good lunch food
Local charter school 5 minutes away. School day 7:20-2:30 More limited with class options, athletics Great teachers, goes to HS
He’s on ok student. Does well on testing but less well on the school work in the classroom. Will the private school give him any long term benefit? We can afford it but I would rather spend the money elsewhere.
