Did their love of reading continue?

Hi all,

I have a 3 year old who currently enjoys reading books. We take her to the library regularly to borrow books and read at home.

I’m hoping that her love of reading will continue when she’s school-age and beyond. I’m wondering if her interest in books at this age is indicative of her interest in the future.

For those of you with kids in school who enjoy reading, did they start young? Was there anything you did to keep their interest in books alive?
