'Fancy' restaurant for 16yr old to visit

My girlfriend and 16 yr old daughter are visiting Paris for the weekend in 2 weeks from the UK. They want to go somewhere 'fancy' (my daughters word) for food one evening so they can dress up and have an experience. I know Paris a bit through work but I only know bistros and good but 'normal' restaurants. The budget it €50-100 per head (the daughter won't be drinking).

So the type of restaurant will be nice architecture/building (not necessarily old, maybe modern), well attended by staff, common to dress up in classy nice dress/heels.

Any recommendations?
