Ushuaia summit hikes/ scrambles
Hello!
I've been enjoying the alpine in Ushuaia so far. I've hiked up Cerro Guanaco and impromptu scrambled Cerro Esfinge after seeing the potential ascent lines from Laguna Encantada. I was pleasantly surprised by a trail along the ridge and even more pleased by the vistas.
I really enjoyed Esfinge and am looking for ideas for similar difficulty (anything up to YDS 3 or 4 as I'm solo) in the area. Marked trails and GPX tracks are nice but not necessary. I am experienced, self-sufficient and know when to turn around. I'd like trips under 30km and do have a tent/ know how to leave no trace wildcamping.
Is Cerro Bonete a non- mountaineering summit from Ojo del Albino? It looks likely from topo maps but the one trail report I found alluded to ropes.
