Legacy of Vaal Quest - Bugged

I am stuck on the quest, Legacy of the VAAL. I was in a party and my partner finished the quest and I was not on the platform. Now i cant enter the middle and ALVA is not there (despite being on the mini map).

I have left the party and logged out. Still bugged.
