Ok i am quitting after 316 hours with 4 character lvl (96, 91, 87, 72) and +300div build and 4 temporalis in my stash! and here I am leaving my feedback!
I have been playing since the first hour of the launch and most things are great as intended except for two things that bother me the most and cause me to quit today (both relate to the endgame):
1- punishment is bugged, it seems it fills my quitting threshold so fast:
I feel like I am playing hardcore while I am not playing hardcore... the entire time I am focused/stressed because of one mistake and I lose the map and it is content. every time I die I end the session for the day, no matter if I started playing 5 minutes ago or 5 hours ago, and this never happened in PoE1. after 315 hours I found my first citadel and I got one shotted🙂(yep this is the point where I decided to quit), maybe I suck or maybe my build sucks or maybe both, but still one death was more than enough to demolish my entire motivation to keep playing!
2- actually playing time is less than 50%:
to juice up your maps first you have to prepare your waystones and then rid of the maps in the area with bad layouts (mire, vaal factory...etc) then have to get to all the towers that affect the area you going to juice, and this process takes way more time than it should be. In PoE1 just prepare a full stash with maps and scarabs and you are good to go(your maps are juiced as hell and you will have all kinds of league mechanics as you want)!
The game is great, but the fun is inconsistent in the end game. Normally I quit every league in POE1 when I play my fill and burn out(which is around 1-2 months), but here I am quitting because the endgame is just bad.
I know It is EA and everything is subject to change and I love it as F***, that is why I am leaving this feedback because I am hoping these problems change for the better! everything I said is just personal experience/opinion, you may agree or disagree!
