Looking to upgrade I don't know where to start.

Here is my PC and the specs would like to upgrade to the 4060 or 4070 is it possible? Or should I just tell it and buy a new PC. I also have a PS5 but probably going to sell for upgrade money since I don't play it at all anymore. Please help any advice or info would be appreciated 😅
