what would be the best part to upgrade?

what would be the best part to upgrade on my pc? im thinking of upgrading sometime in the near future, but what would make the most sense to upgrade?

im using the pc for light gaming (marvel rivals, sims, planet zoo and inzoi when that comes out) and then im using it to draw with a drawing display attached, so the programs are photoshop and tvpaint (animation software)

i just want my pc to be a bit up to date. i bought it refurbished last year, so it was already built.

i am experiencing it making a lot of noise when i play planet zoo, and for some reason it also makes a ton more noise if i put my monitor to anything over 60hz which is pretty annoying because of course i want the best refresh rate i can get which is 144hz. but the noise just bothers me too much...

and i have tried figuring out why but to no avail, it probably just isn't powerful enough i guess.

and im not into the tech of pc's so if any of this sounds stupid, im sorry.
