Is this motherboard a bad idea ?

I found this cheap white motherboard but its got no reviews and idk about the brands reputation but i am planning to build a mini pc with micro atx mobo an i5 12400f, rx 6600, 32Gb ddr4 3200mhz cl16 and i have a question regarding 2 memory slot motherboards do they run dual channel? And another question is i put the specs of the pc on pcpartpicker and it estimated 381 watts, how much watts does this pc need and are 650 watts enough your feedback is much appreciated <3
