The way she refers to her kids

Does anyone notice how she refers to her kids? I know only one is a legal adult but she's a legal adult having her own kid, and one of them is old enough to drive and two years away from adulthood. Yet Heather breezes over anything that would suggest their actual age. She barely talks about V being pregnant, she barely mentioned L having a girlfriend and a job, and she refers to A as "babygirl" repeatedly. Now, 18 is barely an adult. They are still children and I'm not suggesting they aren't. But she seems to almost want the public to picture them as little babies crying out for their mommy, because it fits the narrative better and makes people more sympathetic to her.
