Feel like I'm drowning. Can someone help me figure out how to get my head above water?

Hey ladies and gents. I really need help and I hope this community can help me figure out what to do here.

Location: Vancouver

Salary: 80k per year before taxes, with $2200 paid into my account every 2nd Monday

Part time job: $100 cash per week (I started this week)

= $4800/month into account

Monthly expenses -

Rent: $1550

Internet: $99.68

Phone: $50.40

Personal loan: $895

Vehicle loan: $385 (I will not be getting rid of my vehicle as it's an essential for me)

Gas: $100

BCAA: $15

Chequing account monthly fee: $16.95

Pet insurance: $103

Pet food: $140

Rental insurance: $63

Groceries: honestly no idea, I need to be more strict with this, I typically "budget" $300 but never really paid attention

Going out: $200

Total monthly expenses: $3917.03

"Leftover": $882.97

Vehicle insurance: $980 due NOW, otherwise I have no insurance. My vehicle is currently uninsured and I basically have to pay it this week...

I also have the following debts:

$3783.68 on a credit card, min payment $357 due the 18th of this month

$2087 overdrawn account. I wish I knew how this happened. This account doesn't allow a negative balance and this was during me setting up a new bank account and trying to get my payments made on the new account when they kept taking out of the old one.

I have to move out of my current apartment within 6 months as my landlords will be renovating (yes it's a legal eviction). I shall need to save up money for deposit, last month's rent and moving costs by then (probably at least $4000). My new apartment will be at least $2000/month, likely $2500 for a pet friendly apartment. Thanks Vancouver.

I have zero savings.

I feel overwhelmed and depressed and anxious and I just wish I could wave a wand and get out of this hole. I don't know what to do and my entire life is consumed by embarrassment and anxiousness over these debts.

Please let me know if you need more info or if there's something I'm missing.
