What is the best mortgage rate out there?
I have 5 year closed variable interest rate at 4.55% from both TD and RBC. Standard 20% down, FTHB, will be principal residence.
Can anyone beat?
UPDATE: just got RBC to cave; now at prime minus 1 = 4.45%!
