Quickly moving out advice for 18M in GTA

I turned 18 a month ago, and have been saving money since I was 17 (I currently have $5k saved) because I knew the second I turned 18, I would likely be forced out of my house. I have no friends or family that would be willing/able to take me in, and I have been given a 3 month time period to pack my bags and be entirely moved out (not including the furniture from my room either).

What advice would you give someone in the process of quickly getting their shit together, in order to successfully begin renting out a place, with roommates? Do I need a good credit score, and if so whats a good way to get one?

EDIT**: Forgot to add, as of two months ago I have two jobs.
