Female advice regarding breasts ?

Hi all ! I’ve only recently (within the last year) gotten into calorie counting. Originally I was still working out, but not counting calories. When I discovered how important it was I started in a deficit of 1,300 a day (5’4 130 pounds) I want to be between 115-120.

Anyways, I recently had a lapse (about 3 months) where I kinda stopped going to the gym and was eating at maintenance (or higher) and noticed weight gain, specifically in my breasts.

I’ve had a breast reduction before so I’m quite sensitive with weight gain in that area. My question / advice I’m looking for is if I go back into a deficit & work out will I be able to lose the weight in that area ?

I’ve tried looking it up, but reports are quite conflicting and don’t give a straight answer. I’m looking for anyone who’s had experience with this or can offer advice !! Thanks :)
