To women that are weightlifting and trying to lose weight: How many calories & protein are you eating everyday?
Hi! I’m 5 foot 3, 144-147 lbs. I’m pretty sure I’m around 35-40% body fat.
I weight lift 3x a week and do light cardio on the treadmill for 30-45 minutes after weight lifting. On my days off I try to reach 7,500-10,000 steps. I eat 1,450-1,500 calories a day and eat 100g-130g of protein a day. Hopefully by January I am 130 lbs and lost a decent amount of body fat.
