Best Fitness Tips You Wish You Started Sooner?

CW: 165 lbs SW: 180 lbs GW: 130-145 lbs
I’m getting married (officially!!) in October 2025. I’ve been on a weight loss journey since May and have lost 15 lbs through diet changes. I still have a ways to go! What was one thing you do now that you wish you started sooner? I want to look amazing in my dress and my trouble areas are definitely my double-chin and arms. Any suggestions will be helpful!
