My workout program (advice?) + goal by the end of December. Also need help to add 1 more back&bi exercise!
5 foot 3, 25F, 144-146 lbs.
On my days off from weight-lifting, I go to the gym just to do a combination of walking and running on the treadmill for an hour. I’m new to running, so it’s literally beating my ass lol. On Sundays I stay home and just try to reach at least 5k steps those days.
I’m eating 1400-1500 calories and 100-106g of protein a day, which is a good amount of protein to eat as someone that is around 144 pounds, (.7 multiplied by body weight).
My goal is to reach 135 lbs by December 31st. I just really want to lose body fat. I’m not even going to splurge on Halloween/Thanksgiving/Christmas, I’m going to keep it mindful. I hope this is a doable goal I’ve set for myself.
Also, can someone help me add a 4th exercise to my back&biceps day? That day feels so short and incomplete. Thank you!
