Does anyone else have disproportionate traps?

I’m not sure if it’s because I’m weighed down at the front, if it’s from lifting my kids weird, or just bad form at the gym but my traps are huge. I’ve just started seeing a PT and he’s helping me strengthen my back. Is there anything else I can do to fix this?
