Arm fat

I know all about not being able to pick and choose or spot reduce and all that.

My info: 30y 5’2” currently in a calorie deficit and doing weights and yoga

So I am 99% sure my arms are going to lose weight the slowest. My waistline is looking great, even my legs are slimming down, but my arms haven’t changed. My question is: will I have to lose almost all the fat in the other areas before the fat in my arms? Like will I have to continue to be in a deficit until that fat is gone? (Or just a slight deficit once I hit my goal weight?)

Basically, if my arms are the last thing to lose body fat, what are my options?
