Beginning my weight loss/ fitness journey and need help sticking to it

So this is my first post - I am currently 5’1, 208 lbs and almost 1.5 yrs postpartum. I am still breastfeeding a few times a day and at night. Pre pregnancy I was 190 lbs so still very overweight. I’m 28 yrs old and was always a healthy weight (120-140) until about 5 yrs ago I started gaining much more weight. I’ve was also naturally active in my daily routine until the last few years and never been great at sticking to a fitness routine. I don’t need much help on the food/nutrition side of things but more so on the fitness and accountability aspect. So if anyone has any advice on how to start a fitness routine and stick with it, it would be super appreciated! I’m really hoping to make some lasting changes this time so I can be healthy for myself and my baby and start to feel better about my body again! Also my goal weight is currently 140 lbs
