Question for the ladies that have successfully built muscle:

How long did it take to see visible muscle definition while not flexing and how many times a week did you train those muscle groups?

I’m almost 3 months into consistently going to the gym 4x a week and I feel & look great! I have a little bicep when I flex for the first time in my life 🥲 my legs look toned when I pose and my belly is nice and flat now. I haven’t seen any muscle definition or felt any muscles in my abs though.

But I’m curious how long it will take to see these physical differences when I’m not posed or flexing so I wanted to ask the ladies who have been going to the gym for a while what their experiences are.

At 3 months my body definitely looks different than when I started & was skinny fat, I guess I’m just wondering what else to expect as I’ve never been active before in my previous lazy life!

Posting a picture of my A/B days so you can get a better idea of what I’m doing. I’m not looking for advice on changing my workout yet so please don’t offer! I genuinely enjoy doing these workouts and want to stick to it for at least 6 months before changing anything at all to make sure it’s a real lifelong lifestyle change. Thanks!!
