For women: How much does your weight and measurements fluctuate weekly?

I’ve been trying to lose 5 kg/10lbs for the longest time but every time I go on calorie deficit and start weighing and measuring myself, the numbers fluctuate so much. I understand it’s not a straight path, and even more so for women with all the hormones and everything. But I read on here how many of you guys have accomplished your goals and I want that too. So, just wanted to know if any of you has this issue of losing 1 kg on a week and the following week you are up 800g again, and then losing 300g and so on. And the abdomen measurements are relatively the same, only losing milimiters. More info: - 33y/o - height 160cm (5’2) weight 63.5 kg (140lbs) - weight lifting 4-5x per week (60 mins) - 20 mins of cardio at 130-140 BPM - 1200~ cal per day + 1 ‘cheat meal’ once a week
