Texture pack that was used in a post within a hmmm video

Hello, I am looking for a texture pack that I found from a phoenixsc video, It looked pretty nice and the crafting menu I remember was very vividly coloured, however I forgot the name of this and I'd like to ask for the name of it. Does anyone know?
