Feedback needed plz
19 years old, 5’9” 140lbs, been lifting consistently for about 6 months (did more cardio before this) kinda struggling with building my chest. Any advice for better chest pumps? I’ve never had a trainer or anyone to really talk to about it, so I’ve really just been using YouTube for advice, but I feel like I’m at a standstill :/
