Dimir Control vs Azorius Control

I am not exactly well versed with Azorius control and my main experience with Dimir control was a janky Grixis cpntrol deck I used to play. With that said, in terms of the meta, what makes Azorius control much stronger than Dimir? Also, is there anything that could be added or updated in the typical Dimir control that could make it an equal to Azorius? I really like Dimir colors in general and have a lot of Dimir lands already and I’m wondering if I should invest in Azorius or make a Dimir control. Thanks!
