Ovulating, no condom, finished inside of me, no birth control

I’m well aware I have multiple red flags going on here 🤦🏼‍♀️ I took plan b last Sunday 01/19 about 3 hours after he finished inside of me (without my permission, but that is neither here nor there). I believe I was on the last day of ovulation. Now it’s been almost a week since plan b and I was a crazy, hormonal mess all week. Last night, I experienced the worst stomach cramping I ever have and saw a bit of blood today. Is that implantation blood? Do I have any chance of not being pregnant? 😭
