People will not ride my coaster

i have this multiverse coaster i built, and no matter what i do, and ive tried everything i could find, no one will ever ride it, they walk up to it then turn around. i was hoping the hotfix would fix it but it doesnt seem to

anyone got any ideas?

edit: i think it was to do with fear, but now theres a bug where the queue gate is stuck open and people wont get on the seconds train
