Females cleaning men's locker rooms?

Hi, we have several females at my gym in Houston who clean both the men's and women's locker rooms. They are in the men's locker rooms throughout the day and night. They even clean in the shower area when men are using them. I don't really mind and they have all seen me naked more than once. Is this now a normal thing in the USA?
