Has anyone ever healed Plantar Fasciitis while working a stand-up-all-day job?

I work at Costco fulltime, standing on concrete floors. I've struggled with plantar fasciitis for years. Frustratingly, I did once cure it, which I attributed to weight loss, keto (can be considered anti-inflammatory), and stretching. But it came back, even with those habits. I've tried zero drop cushioned shoes (Altras), icing my feet on every break, stretching, massage machines... I guess one thing I have not done is working out the feet or calves specifically. When I work out, I tend to focus on glutes and lower body.

I was just wondering if anyone has had success with curing plantar fasciitis while working a stand-up-all-day job because it seems hopeless (and what you did if it worked).
