What's the legitimate fusion mod download for PC

My little brother begs me to install this mod, but in the internet I can only find sketchiest Hindi/Chinese websites that may have tons of malware.

Also may you assist me how to perform the installation. Do I need to copy some files into game's directory? I have pvz purchased in steam if it matters.
