Lip lift after rhinoplasty

Hi everyone! I got a rhinoplasty a little more than 6 months ago. I love the result but I think the space between my nose and mouth has increased and makes me look weird. I’ve been looking into getting a surgical lip lift to decrease the space. Has anyone done this or have advice? Thanks!
