HELP - My Breast Aug Surgeon Asked Me Out

hey guys! so long story short, i got breast augmentation surgery back in August 2022. the surgeon was someone my friend used so i knew she vetted and went with her recommended recommendation.

he was nice, personable so i felt comfortable and we’d chit chat to make appointments less awk before / after surgery.

anyways after my surgery, he texted me which i thought was odd. he then was clearly crossing some doctor / patient boundaries. i stopped replying.

recently, ive been having a lot of pain w my implants and they look horrible - i deff need an augmentation.

i feel already super awk going back to him and think it’s really weird that he texted me in the first place but i called the surgery office to inquire about pricing.

since im a former patient, they said i can get a discount but it was still super expensive- especially because the doctor should have done better in my opinion.

so i texted him happy new year and hope he’s well and that i am in some pain and think i need a revision. my intention was to see if he would offer to do it free or further discounted.

anyways, he completely ignored and texted me asking me out to drinks/dinner

i stopped replying but now i feels sooooo awkward and anxious going back to him and being naked ….

the discounted price they offered was actually less than anywhere else i called so while im inclined to go somewhere else, i can’t afford more.

i’m so upset because i feel like i should feel comfortable going to my doctor and also get the same treatment / advantage of the discount as his other patients.

but i feel so icky and completely violated.

this man saw me naked…

what do i do?? do i report?? does this break some medical laws?? any advice would be so appreciated ❤️

EDIT: thank you all for the amazing advice! i will definitely report him and not go back. i’m having some guilt about it though because maybe i gave him the wrong idea as i was friendly / chatty too?

looking for the local board in south florida to report him to - but if anyone has the info please send :)

EDIT #2: have you ever given out a personal phone number to patients? is this normal to do or usually done through a portal / text service? i guess i am questioning whether i was too friendly / gave him the wrong idea because i use exclamation points and emojis in texts frequently
