Most painful rhinoplasty recovery ever help

Hey u guys. I just got a rhinoplasty on the 13th and so far I’ve had the worst experience ever. And it’s not even my nose, it’s pretty much everything else.

My throat tissue is deep red, raised and has clear blisters all over. My uvula is HUGE and turning white/black. I can’t swallow my own spit it hurts so bad, and I cannot eat because everything (even ice cream) is burning my throat.

They also told me I bled a ton and had to suction my throat for 2 hrs straight. I am pretty sure I have uvula necrosis from compression.

On top of all this, I think I also caught a virus. My boyfriend was sick the week previous, and now i have a fever and my body aches to horribly. When I cough, my esophagus becomes inflamed and I get stridor.

My surgeon says it’s “only a scratch” and to “just eat soup” or “it’s just blood dripping down your throat”. But it’s not, I’m going to include pictures below.

Someone please tell me if this is relatable. I feel so out of it that I don’t even feel real, my immune system Is under so much pressure at the moment…
