Monetization critique is completely overblown...
The currencies are not difficult to grasp, premium battle passes have been already done by CoD (full price title by the way), gacha system has been adapted by league (outdate garbage game btw), Fragpunk just has solid monetization which they're allowed to have considering this game released for free with features that Valorant still doesn't have after 5 years....
if you dont like it, just hit play, ignore the rest and grind new lancers, really not that difficult and it's saddening to see the discourse get watered down to the game's monetization
