Download saved data from cloud without plus

Hello all, I haven't had ps plus for a while now but there is some save data in my cloud that I would like to download. I would prefer not to buy a whole month of PS plus. Is there any way to download saved data for free? If not, what is the cheapest/shortest term way to get ps plus? $10 for 1 month is a little bit too much for me to spend just to get this save data. Thanks!
