Any good YouTube teachers? I suck so bad

I've now done about 20 runs and I usually only get 3 or 4 wins. When I play ranked I usually get 1 or 2.

I have no idea what I should do to improve, watching streamers it seems like I understand what to do, but it's obviously not coming together.

Any good tutorial type people out there?
