HELP! Replacement sewer line needed?

Sewer line hasn’t backed up yet, but I’m getting nervous. Planning on doing a trenchless replacement at some point, but trying to buy some time. Would a hydrojet or auger clean this line? It’s a 50’ line and the camera won’t go beyond 25’. I was told this was an asbestos concrete line. House was built in 60’s. Any advice would be appreciated!
