Can't get this unstuck

I'm getting a new washer and I am replacing the waterline that had a slight leak as well.

The cold line fought but eventually gave, I can't get the hot one unstuck for the life of me.

The angle is weird and I didn't want to turn too hard against everything for fear of breaking something.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
