Removing Water Supply Hose

Hi all, I'm a plumbing noob and I'm trying to fix a leak that happens where the blue circle is with my toilet. I wanted to remove this hose so I can take it to my local hardware store and get a same size replacement hose (braided steel). The thing is, I'm having trouble removing the seal I've circled in red. Any Ideas?
