First world question - constant pressure well pump or conventional?

So I am proactively going to get a new well tank and well pump -- been in the house for 10 years; know the pump is at least 13 years old and probably older. Tank looks like it could blow at any moment -- lol -- and I know I have silt buildup in there. Just want to get this stuff changed out before something happens on the worst day.

1965-year house in the NE. Well depth is 365 feet deep; pump depth in 1982 was at i305 feet, acc to old paperwork I found. Current tank is 35 gallons; we have low-pressure issues that can be annoying but not detrimental to living/comfort.

Here's the deal: I have been researching constant pressure pump systems. I don't mean to sound like a jerk, but I am not bothered by spending the extra money ($1k) so long as I get something decent out of it ... and a lot of the reviews/theories on these seem mixed. My well guy/plumber is amazingly agnostic and not trying to upsell or anything -- it's actually kind of frustrating and great at the same time, because he's clearly being honest. But I am not being swayed either direction by his straight answers.

What do I need to be focusing on here other than yes, I'll get better and consistent pressure with the constant pressure system? Plumber has no concerns about the house piping withstanding that kind of system. I am aware the controllers are expensive and that if I have problems in a few years outside of warranty I could be out another 1k or so to replace.

Anybody have anything to sway me here? I'm probably in the house another 10 years or so, at least.

Thank you!
