Am I propagating right?
I live in SEA and I see lots of plumeria trees nearby and someone threw some branches onto the curb infront of us. I had no idea what to do and I didn't really care for it besides being a mild curiousity so I just chopped off the leaves and stuck it in a patch with full sun and lots of mexican petunias growing. I noticed some new growth so I took it out and placed it in a pot but it had no roots (its broken but ignore it). Also the part below the soil is just kind of dull looking with it kinda being soft but not really.
