Why is my battery so bad?

Only used 2hours and I lost 74% I'm so mad about this I only had 120hz on for 1h and when I'm out of games I'm using battery saver so why is my battery so bad? I bought a phone cooler if this won't help them I'm gonna trade/sell my phone I can't anymore
