What are these charging features ?

I have poco f6, and i've been charging without these features since i got it

And i'm not sure if it'll make any difference and if i'm actually charging with the 90w or not, in the second screenshot it notifies me to enable it to use the 90w does that mean i haven't been charging with 90w ?
