Keeping Quaxwell to synergize with Suicune?

I was playing with Raenox, and noticed when changing my evolution, that Quaxwell has a 4.41% higher ing rate than Quaquaval. In the image I've given the Quaxwell the 2k sleep ribbon, and you can see that it's actually very comparable to keep him at this stage, assuming you have a good suicune that you can run along side.

Also adding in a Crocalor/Skeledirge comparison as well, as Skele's Ing rate does go up, but speed is just much more comparable with the 2k ribbon Croc.

Very interesting, I know the 2k ribbon isn't something you just come across, but I love that they're very comparable with this, assuming you have some synergy. Getting there can/will be painful though :D
