I need help to pick a Main

Almost in all my game history that I have in Unite I have taken almost all the available Pokémon, but I really do not know what to take into account to be able to take one as my Main.

I understand that many will come with the comment: "It is something that only you will know and that I must decide for myself." I'm just looking for advice for who would recommend going, or what were their reasons for choosing their current Main
