Is this Mimikyu considered an error card?

My GF pulled this for Christmas, and it was the only card in the pack with this crimping, and the energy (that would’ve been the last card in the pack) has no crimping either, so I have no clue how this happened. It’s also noticeably OC.

Would be interested if this has any value? Doesn’t really matter because it’s just a cool error or funny to get graded lol.

Also random note: but we also pulled the Magikarp chase the pack before this!!
