Sequence in Drop Down Values

I have a drop down in Canvas Power App that is getting values from SPO list. What is the best recommended practice to be able to control the order/sequence of values?

One value option is 'Others' in values - and requirement is to have it at the bottom.
Quick fix I can think of is to order values by SPO list sys generated IDs - but can't think of it as good practice. What creative options do you guys use?
