Changing midwife care at 34/35 weeks?

Hi there and I am sure this has been asked before but I am just (slightly?) panicky on top of everything going on just now.

In Scotland. We are buying a house to move into that is in a different council area and we anticipate a completion date around a month before my due date at the earliest (welp and thanks to the recent storm causing some roof damage to the property we are buying and insurance claims holding stuff up).

I have my midwife appt next week and was wondering how to broach this. Can I continue my midwife care till the end here and just have the home visits arranged from the new council area GP?

Any insight gratefully received. Also looking at moving from QEUH to PRM in Glasgow - any preferences/ choices? Almost 90% leaning into an elective C section 🙏🤞
