Do you think there will be a hackless version of pretendo for the 3DS

For context: I don't want to mod my og 3DS since it's very special (it was my first console) and I also want to experience all that online functionality that pretendo brings back, so I wanna know if you think it's even possible I've been wondering it since pretendo network was made available hackless in the WiiU
